Disclosure

Everything on this page is a plain statement of what this software does, what it charges, and what it refuses to be. If any line here ever stops being true, the line changes before the behaviour does.

Software only

Lone Star Board reads public data from Robinhood Chain, scores tokens against a published rulebook, and prepares a single transaction to Uniswap's own Universal Router. You sign that transaction in your own wallet, from your own address. The software never holds your tokens, never holds your ETH, never has permission to move them, and cannot cancel or reverse anything you sign. There is no account, no deposit and no balance.

Tokenized stocks and funds

The instruments on the Texas Board are displayed and routed, never listed. They are not scored against the rulebook and can never be on the board. Each is issued by the party named on its row, and that issuer, not this software, is the party holding the underlying claim. Lone Star Board does not issue them, redeem them, custody them, or make any statement about their legal character.

Who runs it

The operator is anonymous today. A Texas entity will be named on this page before any fee is collected. Until that name appears here, treat the operator as unknown and weigh that accordingly.

No token and nothing like one

What this is not

Not affiliated

Lone Star Board is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the Texas Stock Exchange, TXSE Group, NYSE Texas, Nasdaq Texas, Robinhood, or Uniswap. It routes through Uniswap's public contracts on a public chain, the way any wallet can. Names are used only to say what the software reads and where it sends a transaction.

Availability and risk

Reads come from third parties, including public RPC endpoints, Blockscout, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and the Realedger Basis Ledger. Those can be slow, stale or wrong, and when a figure cannot be read it is left blank rather than guessed. Trading a token on a chain can lose you everything you put in, whether or not it is on the board. This site cannot make that safe and does not claim to.

Questions people ask about all of this are answered in the FAQ. The standards themselves are in the rulebook, and every enforcement action is in the log.
