Refer

The router fee is half a percent of the ETH side of a swap. A quarter of that fee goes to the wallet that referred the trader, and it is paid in the same transaction as the swap, by Uniswap's own router, straight to the referrer's address. Nobody takes custody of it on the way, which is why there is no balance to claim and no payout button on this page.

How it works

  1. Share your link. It is this site with your wallet address on the end, and it works on every page here.
  2. A wallet that arrives on your link and connects is bound to you. The first referrer a wallet connects under keeps it, so a later link cannot take it away.
  3. Every swap that wallet makes through this router pays a fee of half a percent of the ETH side. A quarter of that fee is sent to your address in the same transaction.
  4. Nothing accrues anywhere. The numbers on this page are read back from the chain receipts, not from a balance somebody is holding for you.

Self referral is refused: a wallet cannot be bound to itself. Circular referrals are refused too, so two wallets cannot point at each other and split a fee back and forth.

What this is not

It is not a yield, a rebate on your own trades, a token, or a plan that pays on anything except swaps that actually happened. There is no second level: you are paid on the wallets you referred and on nothing under them. The share is a share of a fee that a trade already generated, and if nobody trades, it pays nothing.
