The exchange this board is named after
Texas now has three places a company can carry a listing: the Texas Stock Exchange, run by TXSE Group in Dallas, and the Texas arms of the two national exchanges, NYSE Texas and Nasdaq Texas. This page collects what is publicly on the record about them, with a link to the source of every line and the date it was read. It is a summary of published reporting and filings, nothing more. It is not a quote feed, not a listing service, and it has nothing to do with the tokens on this site.

Why this page is here
Lone Star Board takes its name from Texas and from the idea of a board of standards, not from any exchange. People arrive here expecting the exchange, so the honest thing is to tell them what the exchange actually is, cite it, and send them on. Nothing on this site is listed on any of those venues. The tokenized stocks and funds on the Texas Board are separate instruments issued by the parties named there, displayed and routed by this software and never listed by it.
